Living Heat Consulting ("we", "us") helps business owners find funding and, when needed, repair their credit first. This policy explains what information we collect through livingheatfunding.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email, what you need help with, your business name if you share it, and any notes you add. We also keep a record that you checked the consent box and when.
Information from our conversations. If you talk with us, text us or message us on Instagram, we keep a record of those conversations so we can follow up on your request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the companies that host this site and serve its fonts receive basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
If you become a client, we'll collect more information, such as your credit reports, to provide the services you sign up for. How we handle that information is explained in your written client agreement.
How we use it
- To contact you about your free call and the services you asked about.
- To understand your situation and recommend next steps.
- To provide services you sign up for, under your client agreement.
- To keep records we're required to keep, and to protect our business and our clients.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box on the booking form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you gave us about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We won't share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our form service, and our email and phone providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With banks, lenders or credit bureaus when you're our client and you've asked us to apply or dispute on your behalf.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers or full credit reports through the booking form.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from us.
- Email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond as the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
