These terms cover your use of livingheatfunding.com, run by Living Heat Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do

We help business owners find funding by matching them with banks and lenders, and we offer credit repair for clients whose credit needs work first. We are not a bank or a lender, and we don't make lending decisions. We are not a law firm and don't give legal advice.

No guarantees

Funding decisions, approval and amounts are made by banks and lenders, not by us, and are never guaranteed. No one can legally remove accurate, current information from your credit report. Credit repair can only challenge information that is inaccurate, incomplete or can't be verified. Results shown on this site, including client screenshots, are individual results. Your results will depend on your own situation and will vary.

The free call

The call you book through this site is free, and there's no obligation to sign up for anything.

Credit repair services

Credit repair services are provided only under a written contract that includes the disclosures required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and Texas law, including your rights under those laws. You may cancel a credit repair contract without penalty within 3 business days of signing it. You also have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureaus yourself, at no cost.

Fees and payment terms for any service are explained in your written agreement before you sign.
